Where are you located?
My studio is in Ocean Grove, Victoria, Australia. I service the Geelong area, Bellarine Peninsula and Surf Coast. I also sometimes get clients from Werribee and surrounds coming to me!
For HOME sessions, I only travel around Geelong & the Bellarine. Travel Fees may apply.
Can we have the session in our home?
Yes! I now offer the studio style in-home as well. You’ll get some studio styled sessions with my props/blankets but also a few ‘lifestyle’ shots if you want them. That way you get the best of both worlds. At this time, I only travel within 30 minutes of my studio.
When should I book my newborn session?
Most families book while they’re still pregnant, ideally in the second trimester, to make sure they don’t miss out. I’ll pencil in your due date, and once baby arrives we’ll lock in a day that works best in those first few weeks. I always tend to keep spots open for last minute bookings though!
What happens if my baby won’t sleep or settle?
Don’t worry - this is completely normal! Every session is baby-led. I’ll take the time to make sure your little one is comfortable and content, and we’ll work gently around feeding, cuddles, and breaks. Some of my favourite images are of wide-awake babies, so no matter what, you’ll end up with a gallery you love.
How long do the sessions take?
Standard newborn sessions take around 1-3 hours. This gives us plenty of time for feeding, settling. Family Sessions are anywhere from 30 minutes to one hour - I try and work fast so the kids don’t lose their steam!
Do you include family photos as well as baby-only in newborn sessions?
Yes - every newborn session includes family and sibling images if you want them, as well as styled solo setups of your baby. It’s all part of the experience, and I’ll guide you through both so your gallery has a mix of both.
Do I need to bring outfits or props?
No need - I provide all wraps, props, and textured setups for baby. I’ll also send a prep guide before your session with simple outfit suggestions for parents and siblings.
What if my child is sick on the day?
Please get in touch and we’ll reschedule. Your baby’s health and safety (and that of my other little clients) is always the top priority.
How do payments work?
A $300 payment is made at your session. Once your gallery is ready (within 7 days), you can choose the collection that suits your family best and pay the balance then. You can also opt for a payment plan.
Are you trained in newborn safety?
Yes - your baby’s comfort and safety come first in everything I do. I’m accredited with the Academy of Newborn Photography, have up-to-date Infant First Aid and CPR, and I’ve completed specialist newborn posing workshops.

Of course! Many families aren’t sure whether to choose a newborn, maternity, family, or milestone session - and that’s totally normal. Just get in touch, tell me a little about your family and what stage you’re at, and I’ll guide you towards the session that will suit you best. I’ll make sure we choose the right fit for you.
